implementation. We had just started the ISP work, when I was pulled off this
project and
given one at Vandenberg AFB that had a very short lead time, with the goal
being to
complete the job at Vandenberg and resume my role at Channel Islands ANG
Base.

diverse (redundant) loop for SATCOM, with a completion date of
